White House, TN - Carol Anita Curtsinger, age 74 of White House, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Signature Health Care in Portland. She was born November 14, 1951 in Nashville, TN to James and Dorothy Esteline Kidd Ellis. She worked as a secretary for the State of Tennessee before her retirement. She was a member of The Church at Grace Park. She loved attending church, listening to gospel music and most of all she enjoyed raising her boys.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Kenneth Mike Curtsinger. She is survived by her sons, Ty (Laci) Curtsinger, White House, TN and Cody (Holly) Curtsinger, Madison, AL; brother, Terry Ellis, Hendersonville, TN; sister, Teena Ellis, Panama City, FL; six grandchildren, Bella, Emma, Carter, Livvy, Andrew and Ethan.

A memorial service is planned for Friday, January 2, 2025 at 3pm in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House with Dr. Ashley Mofield officiating. Inurnment of her ashes is scheduled for 12noon on January 2, 2025 at the Hillcrest Cemetery Columbarium. Visitation with the family will be held from 1pm-3pm at the funeral home on Friday just prior to the service.
