Lawrenceburg - Mr. Donald Gene Crane, 78, of Lawrenceburg died March 6, 2026, at Elk River Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Mr. Crane was born April 8, 1947, in Pulaski and was a loving husband and proud father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a 1965 graduate of Giles County High School and a graduate of Tennessee Technology University, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in business. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, serving during Vietnam. He worked in the apparel industry, where he retired as a plant manager. He was a dedicated member of the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club for 40-plus years and a member of Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church in Pulaski. He is preceded in death by wife of 51 years Charlotte Ethredge Crane; parents, Grady and Christine Cathy Crane; and brother Charles Crane.

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 21, from 1-2 p.m. at Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church, 1500 Pisgah Ridge Road, Pulaski, with Celebration of Life services to follow.

Survivors include sons, David (Jenny) Crane of Pulaski, Michael (Paisley) Crane of Lawrenceburg, John (Nathalie) Crane of Tupelo, Miss.; grandchildren, Candice (Jacob) Brown, Tori Chapman, Will Crane, Sam Crane, Clay Crane, Amelia Crane; and great-grandchildren, Julia Brown and Sophia Brown.
