Landy Dean Phillips Obituary

Pulaski - Mr. Landy Dean Phillips, 75, of Pulaski died May 31, 2026, at his home.

Mr. Phillips was born April 30, 1951, in Matewan, W. Va. He worked as a driver for Schwan's and lived a life rooted in the things he enjoyed most. He was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy, and in his younger years, he loved doing construction and took great pride in working with his hands. He is preceded in death by father Joseph Edward "Ed" Phillips, mother Dixie Smith Phillips Upton, stepfather Robert Upton, brother Rex Phillips and aunt Ruth Ratliff.

Celebration of Life services will be held from 3-5 p.m. Sunday, June 7, at his home, 106 Little Lott Drive in Pulaski.
