Centerville, TN - Merle Rose Frazier Alcorn was born on June 26, 1959, and passed away on February 4, 2026, at the age of 66.
Rose is the daughter of the late Alvis Taylor Hutchinson and Sylvia Kindt Hutchinson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jim Alcorn.
Rose will be lovingly remembered by her son, David (Jill) Halbrooks; daughter, Lisa (William) Plunkett; brothers, Ty (Melinda) Hutchinson and Clay (Brenda) Hutchinson; and her cherished grandchildren, Ethan, Julia, Sylvia, Clara, Zachary, Samantha, and Evan. She also leaves behind her special fur baby, Payton.
Rose's love for her family was the center of her life, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A private family graveside service was held at Plunkett cemetery.
