Columbia, Tennessee - Rose Marie Reed, age 64, a cherished wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at her home in Columbia, Tennessee. She was the beloved wife of Ronnie Reed.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home, with Rick Points officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on June 6, 1961, in Nashville, Tennessee, Marie was the daughter of the late Robert Hollars and the late Virginia Potts Hollars. She married Ronnie on June 10, 2000, and together they shared many years of love and companionship.

Marie was known for her generous heart and loving spirit. She was a devoted homemaker who took great pride in caring for her family. A dedicated mother and doting grandmother, Marie's greatest joy came from the time spent with her children and grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoyed relaxing at home and watching reality television shows.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and is survived by her children, Terry Mitchell (Regina Blatt) of Spring Hill, TN, Brian Mitchell of Columbia, TN, Dustin Mitchell (Ashley Morris) of Lewisburg, TN, Jasmine Nicole (Bill) Morris of Huntingdon, TN, Ronnie (Kayla) Reed, Jr. of Huntingdon, TN; brothers, Bobby (Sherri) Hollars, Jerry (Vicki) Hollars, Randy Hollars; mother and father-in-law, Bennie & Peggy Reed; sisters-in-law, Carolyn (Robert) Prine, Sandra Brothers (Willie Poteete), Terecia Reed (Charlie Williams); nine grandchildren; beloved dog, Lucy, cherished "grandcat," Boo; special nieces, McKenzie Stephens and Sydney Hollars, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Diane Wassum, Wayne Hollars, and Buddy Hollars.
