Sandra Renee Tidwell Harrison, age 63, of Bon Aqua, TN died suddenly March 2, 2025, at Tri-Star Natchez ER. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee and was the daughter of the late James Harold and Erma Lee Hannah Tidwell. Sandra was a graduate of Hickman County High School, Class of 1979. She was a former insurance specialist for many years in the insurance business. Sandra was a faithful member of the New Hope Baptist Church in Bon Aqua. Sandra was a friend to many and was considered as a mentor to many young girls. Sandra was always considered as a work momma to her work family. Her arms and her doors were always open to those that needed her.
Her happy place was always the beach, loving every minute she got to spend there. She always loved so much the Annual Tidwell Family BBQ. Sandra had great love for her local family, her Kentucky family. Sandra was all about family.
Sandra was a loving wife to Jerry for 39 years and a loyal and supportive mother to Josh and Brittny, but her greatest title that she loved the most was "Meme" to all her grandchildren. Sandra once wrote" What a blessing my precious grandchildren were to me and how I loved them saying "Meme". It absolutely lit my world! I loved to rock them and sing Jesus Loves Me to them until they fell asleep and then to just hold them and look at them while they slept in my arms like little angels. Then when they got bigger, I loved to hear them talk about me rocking and singing to them.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Jerry; her son Josh Tidwell (Mandy), her daughter, Brittny Bruce (Jeff); her grandchildren, Weston (Abbie), Owen (Brittany), Delaney, Briar, Bryce, Carter, Eliza and Hudson; her great-grandson, Camden; her brothers, Dr. Jerry Tidwell and wife Joan, and Ricky Tidwell and wife Angela; several nieces and nephews and many cousins.
Her nephews Will Tidwell, Blake Tidwell and Brandon Tidwell along with her grandsons served as casket bearers.
